Seriously, it helps immensely if you have somewhere outside with a fresh ocean breeze to cool you down afterward. Does not help the leg ache though, haha.

Sweet Jesus I made it through insanity pure cardio (I only took like… 4 water breaks that weren’t allocated! Woo!). I’m about ready to die. At least I can die happy and proud!

The plan is to do Pure Cardio on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, I’ll do Cardio Power and Resistance. I’ll try to do a little yoga every day along with it, then focus purely on yoga on Sundays to rest and stretch (let my muscles recover and everything, haha).

Yeah, I don’t post often anymore. Sorry about that- work has gotten really intense! I’ll find a way around it, though (for instance, posting at work, like I am now!).
Today, I told the guy I’m dating/my boyfriend

that yoga really helps with soreness for me (he’s sore after doing p90x a bunch and diving this weekend). He was like “Awesome! Great idea. I didn’t know you were into yoga.”
I then realized I have like… 10 pairs of yoga pants. I do not own these just so guys can have a good time checkin’ out my ass. They are, in fact, for yoga.

They have not. Weirdly enough, my rib size has, but not my actual boobs.
